As a non-medical home care agency, we offer a loyalty program for our private-pay clients, called CAREwardssm.
As our Private Duty client, you earn one CAREwardssm point per dollar spent for non-medical services provided by CJPS Home Care. For every 1,000 CAREwardssm points, you earn $50 in gift certificates from one of the stores listed below.
For example, if you have paid CJPS Home Care $3,000 in non-medical services, you have earned 3,000 CAREwardssm points. These reward points, good for one year from the date they are earned, can then be redeemed at any time for $150 in gift certificates from one of these stores.
